Lani’s Cookie Dough Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Package Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

1 Package Duncan Hines Fudge Brownie mix prepared

3 large Eggs

2 8oz blocks room temperature cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbs flour

Instructions:

  1. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan making a crust.
  3. Pour prepared brownie mix over the cookie dough. (Fudgy Recipe)
  4. In a mixer combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, flour, and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix until smooth
  6. One at a time add the eggs. Wait until egg is thoroughly combined before adding the next. Be sure not to over mix!
  7. Fold in the sour cream.
  8. Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture to preserve layers.
  9. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cheesecake layer is set.

For some added umph swirl in some Marzetti Carmel dip or Biscoff Cookie Butter in the cheesecake layer.
